Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

• You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
• All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground.
• We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS.
• When you are checking out, you must select UPS Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
• Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
• Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
• Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
• Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

Understanding the Shipping Process:

All orders placed after 11:00am CST are not guaranteed same day shipping.

Because we strive to keep our customers informed our system automatically notifies customers once we have registered your package with UPS or USPS. This notification is sent in a form of an email indicating "shipped" please keep in mind that the package may have not left our facility but rather has been generated a tracking number and will be going out shortly.

Returns & Replacements Stoppage of shipments:

Return Policy:

Cancellation of Orders:

Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. It is important to notify us immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day.

If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns policy, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.

Shipped a wrong item:

Please return the incorrect item, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for an RA#, and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight to Ammo Zone. This will be done at Ammo Zone’s discretion. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decides to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, they will do that at their own expense.

Once the incorrect item is received back, Ammo Zone will ship out the correct item.

No express freight methods will be used for items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped. If a customer wishes to ship an item via an express method, it will be done at the customer's expense.

Make sure to:

• Include a copy of the original packing slip
• Note the Return Authorization number of the outside on the packaging*
• Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking)

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Notice of incorrect item shipping must be made within 3 days of receipt of package.

Received Damaged Goods or Package appears to be lost:

Ammo Zone will file a claim for the lost or damaged package. You should contact Ammo Zone, and we will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days.

If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the damaged order upon resolution of the lost package.

 

Received a Defective Item:

If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions. Ammo Zone is not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer. Back Orders:

Backorders tend to run about 18% at Ammo Zone. About 75% of those backorders are due to manufacturer supply constraints. The other 25% are most likely our option and depends on what we have going on in our business.

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Ammo Zone does accept back orders and will get them fulfilled as soon as possible when they should happen to occur.

If the order is partially back ordered, Ammo Zone will make a judgment to determine if the order can be shipped in two segments. The initial shipping will be paid by the consumer and the back ordered items will be paid by Ammo Zone.

Ammo Zone will no longer wait for the entire order to come into stock before shipping in stock merchandise.

Layaway:

Ammo Zone offers Layaway for up to 120 days. We require a 20% deposit at time of layaway which is non-refundable.
